Let me say I was surprised it was a full product and not a sample. As soon as I got the package I tried them out. It came with a 20 day supply of strips. The top and bottom strips come in one little package and they fit well on your teeth. I like how once I placed them on they stayed. I didn't have to adjust or anything, they were comfortable.

Now on the package it says to leave them on at least 30 mins or for intensive whitening you can leave them on for 2 hours. So I did and hour and a half. I noticed a big difference but only thing was my teeth were so sore and sensitive. So I bought a sensitive whitening toothpaste and waited another day or two to try the strips again. 2 days later I used them again for 30 mins and the tenderness was alot better. Still a lil sensation of soreness but not much. Using them maybe every other day to 2 days and the toothpaste helped out and eventually wasn't any sensitivity whatsoever.
